Patsy Ruth Waggoner Mulloy

Patsy Ruth Waggoner Mulloy, 80 years old, of Ozark, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, July 26, 2025 in Ozark. She was born January 17, 1945 in Floydada, Texas to Troy and Dorothy Ferguson Waggoner. She was their 3rd child of 5 children. Her parents and grandparents were cotton farmers in West Texas. Patsy helped her mother gather eggs for the market and worked along with her siblings on the cotton farm. Patsy was devoted to her faith in Jesus and was a mighty Prayer Warrior. She spent numerous hours praying for family and people she loved. Her favorite scripture was Proverbs 3:24. Patsy enjoyed taking photos and blessing her family with pictures. She loved Dr. Pepper, going to Braums for ice cream, and looked forward to phone calls from her sons and their family. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Dorothy Waggoner; sister, Doris Gray; brother, Ray Waggoner; one niece; one nephew; and three brothers-in-law; and two husbands, Roy Dean Drake and Robert “Bob” Mulloy. Patsy is survived by two sons, Ricky Drake and wife Cloda of Las Vegas, New Mexico and Tony Drake and wife April of Durant, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Brandon Drake, Jan Michael Drake, Nick Drake, Nathan Drake, James Hart, Cody Hart, Heather Watts, Shoelea Ross and Shalee Sharpe; sixteen great grandchildren, Eli, Beau, Sean, Jazlynn, Shye, Zaydean, Elayna, Aria, Dean, Samson, Braxton, Brindle, Peyton, Brock, Stetson and Jamison; one great-great grandchild; two sisters, Barbara Bates and Shirley Barnes and husband Gary; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Lunch will be held for family at 12:00 P.M., Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Coal Hill Assembly of God Church, 305 Highway 64 E. Coal Hill, Arkansas. Visitation will be 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the Coal Hill Assembly of God Church in Coal Hill. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 31, 2025 at Coal Hill Assembly of God Church, with Pastor Paul Buchanan officiating, with burial at Highland Cemetery, Highway 64 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Barnes, Buddy Beavers, Michael Beltz, Wayne Miller, Cecil Zolliecoffer, and Billy Scarberry.
