Linda Kay Pullen

Linda Kay Pullen, age 76 of Ozark, Arkansas, passed away on January 20, 2024. She was born January 9, 1948 in Forest City, Arkansas, to Jim Arbuckle and Lucille Perry Arbuckle. Linda is of the Pentecostal faith. She was a Pastor at the Spring of Living Water church in Ozark where she also attended. If the church doors were open, she was there. Linda enjoyed playing the piano, accordian, the guitar, loved gospel music, family reunions, and camping. She worked at Singers and the Ozark Nursing Home as a Certified Nurse Aide, where she enjoyed taking care of the elderly and was a member of the Coal Hill Rodeo Riding Club. Linda always put God first and dedicated her life to her family. No matter what was going on in her life she was always there for her family. Linda loved staying in competiton with the neighbors, if they mowed she mowed. Linda is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Pullen; and three sisters, Darlene Arbuckle, Charlene Arbuckle, and Syble Butler. Linda is survived by her two daughters, Glenda Marie Tollison and husband James of Hunt, Arkansas and Betty Jo Nichols and husband Paul of Ozark; one son, John William Pullen of Ozark; two sisters, Bobbie Watson of Hartman, Arkansas and Phyllis Tebbetts and husband George of Bryant, Arkansas; twentyone grandchildren, Ashton Lovell and Ambrea Newman, Kiara Pullen, Timothy and Kristen Moore, Lesley and Jeremy Gough, Jodi Yates and Scott Macloud, Kayla Woods, Cassondra Nichols and Jeffery Self, Jacob Tollison and Kaitlyn Powers, Matt and Alexas Nichols, Monica and Aaron Einert, Mindy and Kenny Step, and Martin Nichols; and twenty-two great grandchildren. Visitation service will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark, with Brother Hastings Cale and Brother Ricky Jackson officiating, with burial at Houston Cemetery in Alix, Arkansas, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Austin Yates, Brandon Sheffield, Hunter Yates, Jerimiah Rogers, Hayden McKeehan, and Jeremy Gough. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Thomas Hobbs, W.H.
