Billy Ray Graham, 85 of Ozark, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2026 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born December 28, 1940 in the Mountain Top Community in Ozark, Arkansas to Youell Graham and Gracie Bowman Graham. He was the owner and operator of Bill’s Body Shop in Ozark. He loved to work, loved his family and his favorite son, Boo Boo. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, James Edward Graham; one grandson, Marcus Graham; two sisters, Mary Simpson and Reba Umholtz; and two brothers, Charles Graham and Arles Graham. Bill is survived by his wife of 51 years, Molly Parker Graham; two sons, Brent Graham and wife Debbie and Kelly Graham and wife Lenona all of Ozark; one daughter, Sheila Graham and significant other, Joe Culp of Neosho, Missouri; one stepson, Micky Graham of Lamar, Arkansas; one brother, Jimmy Graham of Kingston, Arkansas; four sisters, Ruth Spicer and husband Tommy of Harrison, Arkansas, Frances Hodges and husband Mike of Springdale, Arkansas, Debbie Ellison and husband Clifton of Ozark, and Sandy Sullivan and husband Craig of Poteau, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Breanna Graham-Pippin and husband Kyle of Dardanelle, Arkasnas, Wade Graham and wife Morgan of Dover, Arkansas, Eddie Graham of Ozark, Alex Richardson of Springdale, Sierra Richardson of Neosho, Missouri, Nicholas Richardson of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Brayden Graham, Payton Graham, and Abigail Graham all of Ozark; and three great grandchildren, Parker Graham, Ensley Pippin, and Levi Graham. Memorial visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel in Ozark, with Brother Randy Wead officiating. Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home and Cremation.
