William Eugene Willis, 77, of Ozark, Arkansas died Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was a poultry farmer, member of First Assembly of God Church in Ozark and a graduate of OHS class of 1963. Eugene was born October 14, 1943 in Spiro, Oklahoma to Bernie Eugene and Annie Maria Fannon Willis. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Clifford Willis; and granddaughter, Izza Bella Willis. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Cagle Willis of Ozark; a daughter, Keli Jones and husband Rick of Van Buren; a son, Wesley Willis and wife Stephanie of Ozark; a sister, Pat Williams and husband Larry of Ozark; sister in-law Diana Kendall and husband Steve of Bella Vista, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Shyann Bush and husband Lance, Whittney and Wyatt Willis, Niki, Benjamin and Zakery Bryant; three great grandchildren, Hali Bryant, Emily Adams and Johna Willbourn; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jim McElhaney officiating under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. OHS Class of 1963 will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 24th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Playground Fund at First Assembly of God Church, P.O. Box 274, Ozark, Arkansas 72949.
