Ralph "Windy" Vint McKinney

Ralph “Windy” Vint McKinney, age 94, of Ozark, Arkansas died Saturday May 7, 2022 in Ozark. He was of the Baptist faith, an Army National Guard Veteran, worked as a home Contractor and did bridge construction in California, was a former Mayor in Ozark, and worked as a building Contractor and building Inspector in Ozark. Ralph was born November 11, 1927 in Ozark to Ralph and Aria Vasti Franklin McKinney. He is preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Vanessa Briley; two sisters; and four brothers. Ralph is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lula Faye Cagle McKinney; and two daughters, Teresa Cole of Springdale, Arkansas and Donna Lopper and husband Randy of Greenwood, Arkansas; six grandchildren, Emily Wyles, Clay Cole, Derick Robison, Brandon Looper, Denver Robison, Meagan Looper Van Herpen; nineteen great grandkids; and five great great grandkids. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street Ozark. Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street Ozark, with Chaplain Ben Lewis and Brother Ben Lairamore officiating, with burial at Highland cemetery, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Clay Cole, Derick Robison, Denver Robison, Henry Cagle, Conner Cole, Carson Cole, Cash Martin, and Colton Cole. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brandon Looper, Ricky Bowman, Charles Dickerson, Brian Cagle, Malcom “Skeeter” McKinney, Randy Bowman, and Noah Robison.
