Lewis Peter Perkins, Sr., 57, of Ozark, Arkansas died Saturday, July 20, 2019 in Ozark. He was retired from Boston Mt. Forestry and Butterball. He was born December 27, 1961 in Richmond, California to Amos and Edna Medlock Perkins. Lewis is survived by two sons, Lewis Perkins, Jr. of Ozark and Jermiah Perkins of Modesto, California; three daughters, Anna Perkins of Ozark, Jennifer Perkins of Clarksville, and Sharee Lee of Danville, Arkansas; three sisters, Barbara Luna of El Sobrante, California, Pat Becera of Orville, California, and Betty Winkle of Joplin, Missouri; and eight grandchildren, Abby Thornton, Colton and Clara Williams, Kloeigh and Laikynn Potter, Evan Perkins, and Jerimiah and Jasper Hubbard. Family hosted memorial will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Aux Arc Park (South Park Overlook) with Brother Randy officiating.
