Jimmy Ray Williams, age 72 of Ozark, Arkansas died Sunday, December 5, 2021 in Ozark. He was a carpenter and a member of the Fern Assembly of God Church. He was born March 22, 1949 in Mulberry, Arkansas to Fredrick Martin and Evaline Cartwright Williams. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Fred and Donald Williams. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Rowena Miller Williams; son Jason Barton and wife Gisela of Texas; five sisters, Barbara Darden of Van Buren, Arkansas, Evelyn Williams of Alma, Arkansas, Debbie Foster of Alma, Sandy Smith of Kibler, Arkansas and Rebecca Neal and husband Michael of Fern, Arkansas; and two brothers, David Williams of Altus, Arkansas and Bobby Joe Williams of Oark, Arkansas. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 10, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Brother Andy Johnson officiating under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with burial at New Cemetery in Mulberry. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Millsap, Michael Neal, Jack Parrish, Chris Lyons, Tony Morse and Bill Raleigh.
