Janice Denise Carr age 54, of Ozark, Arkansas died Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in Ozark. She was a manager at Home Health Living and of the Christian Faith. Janice was born December 7, 1966 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Walter Wright Woodward Sr. and Nancy Lamb Woodward. She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Talisha Lamb and a nephew, Wyatt Stepp. Janice is survived by her husband, Anthony Carr of Ozark; her step-mother, Carol Woods of Ozark, a son Bruce Tohee of Ozark, a daughter, Felisha Oswald and husband Mark of Ozark; a step-daughter, Christine Carr of Phoenix, Arizona; six sisters, Rosie Woodward of Ozark, Carla Waits of Altus, Arkansas, Reba Cain of Ozark, Georgia Denney of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Krystal Payne of Ozark and Crystal Westbrook of Ozark; a brother, Walter Woodward, Jr. of Ozark; two grandchildren, Alyssa and Max Oswald of Ozark, and numerous nieces, nephews, loved ones and many many friends. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 1, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Brother Robert Johnson officiating under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home with burial at Union Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bruce Tohee, Mark Oswald, Isaac Stilwell, Connor Stilwell, David Denny and Xavier Edgin.
