James Delaney, 42 of Ozark, Arkansas died Tuesday, May 26, 2020 in Ozark. He was a Farm Hand, a veteran of the United States Army, and was of the Baptist faith.He was born July 29, 1977 in Newhall, California to Bill and Sandra Gull Delaney. James loved spending time with his loved ones telling childhood stories, was an avid Razorback fan,enjoyed long baths, working on motorcycles, and playing pool. He was preceded in death by a step granddaughter, Gabrielle Carter. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Keech Delaney of Ozark; two sons, Chris Delaney of Ozark and Manuel Ibarra of Oklahoma; a daughter, Destiny Mason of Altus; two step sons, Jamie Carter and wife Denise and Elijah Carter and wife Sandra all of Ozark; a step daughter, Ela Carter-Street and husband Steven of Ozark; three step grandchildren, Wyatt Carter, Deianira Carter, and Killian Carter-Street; and four sisters and one brother. Memorial at a later date. Cremation arrangements made under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
