Donald Leon Wright, age 86, of Ozark, Arkansas died Wednesday, February 9, 2022 in Ozark, Arkansas. He was of the Pentecostal faith and a member of the Old Country Church. Donald was a retired Insurance agent for American General and a Preacher. He was born May 18, 1935 in Monticello, Arkansas to Perry and Maude McMillan Wright. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Reatha Hood Wright; one son Donald Wright; three brothers; and four sisters. Donald is survived by one son, Ronald and wife Tina Wright of Ozark; one daughter Deborah and husband Danny McNeil of Monticello; twelve grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and daughter in law Louise Wright. Visitation will be 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M. Friday, February 11, 2022 at Shaffer Funeral Home Chapel, 2315 West Commercial Street, Ozark. Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Old Country Church 5129 East Highway 64 Ozark, with Brother J.D. Ellison, Brother Donnie Ellison, and Brother Kenneth Wells officiating with burial at Mountain View Cemetery, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers are Wayne Pamplin, Lee Wright, Chris Wright, Joshua Neathery, Mack Martinez and Stephen Wright. Honorary Pallbearers are Rodney Silva and David Butler.
