Billie Earle Jaquish, age 93, of Ozark, Arkansas died Saturday May 14, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was of the Methodist faith, a Motel and Diner owner, and a Mother. Billie was born August 26, 1928 in Bradford, Arkansas to Fred and Blanche Steed Durham. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 62 years, Joseph Jaquish; two sisters, Bell Soroska and Virginia Sue Durham; and one son in law, James Brinkley. Billie is survived by her four daughters, Linda West and Patricia Hicks Brashears both of Ozark, JoAnn Brinkley Doyle of Bradford, and Kim Jaquish of Ozark; eight grandchildren, Sandra West Hamm Martini and husband Chris of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Cheri West Casper and husband Richard of New Braunfels, Texas, Jodie West Vincent of Paris, Arkansas, Robin Hicks Curlee Windham and husband Greg of Southlake, Texas, Joseph Brashears of Fayetteville, Holly Brinkley Hooker and Jayme Brinkley Vestal Nixon and husband Corey all of Bradford, and Shawn McKinney of Morrilton, Arkansas; fourteen great grandchildren, Madison Casper Dunman and husband Bryce of Austin, Texas, Sophie Vincent Gray and husband Zach, Eliza Vincent all of Paris, Preston Hamm and wife Caroline of Fayetteville, Ryan Casper of New Braunfels, Sammy Curlee and Lilly Curlee both of Southlake, Bly Vestal, Keaton Vestal, Abbie Hooker Brown and husband Damon, Hannah Hooker all of Bradford, Kyle McKinney Buerger and wife Cassy of Raeford, North Carolina, Shawn Newton and Brian Newton both of Morrilton, Arkansas; nine great great grandchildren, Scarlett Gray of Paris, Josh and Carter Brown, Braxton Vestal, Stevie Jane Bailey all of Bradford, Camryn and Sawyer Buerger of Raeford, North Carolina and Emerson and Dylan Newton of Conway, Arkansas; two grandson in laws, David Hamm of Fayetteville and Patrick Hooker of Bradford; and one granddaughter in law, Heike Newton of Morrilton. Services will not be scheduled. Cremation arrangements were made under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home Ozark.
