Tyler Cole Wade

Tyler Cole Wade passed away Monday morning, July 25, 2016 at St. Vincent’s hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, surrounded by family and friends. Tyler was born July 14, 1995. He was a student at the University of Arkansas. Tyler was passionate about life. He left no stone unturned. Tyler was a jeep enthusiast and lover of all things outdoors. Tyler was a member of Community Bible Church. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Tina and J. C. Smith of Ozark, Arkansas, his father and stepmother, Neal and Tammy Wade of New Blaine, Arkansas, his brother Ben Wade of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, his stepbrother Alex Cortez of Fort Smith, Arkansas, his stepbrother Greg Cortez of Las Vegas, Nevada, his stepbrother Zack Smith of Fayetteville, Arkansas, his maternal grandmother, Linda Vest of Branch, Arkansas, his great grandfather, Elmo Price of Branch, Arkansas, his aunt Melissa Moore and husband Jim Moore of Charleston, Arkansas, his aunt Angie Haney and husband Steve Haney of Charleston, Arkansas, his uncle Corey Vest and wife Jessica Vest of Branch, Arkansas, and his aunt Wendy Stotts and husband Jeff Stotts of Jonesboro, Arkansas. Ty also had an abundance of cousins, Morgan Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas, Chelsea Moore of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Clint Moore of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Justin and Dalton Haney of Charleston, Arkansas, Kaitlyn Caden and Conner Vest of Branch, Arkansas, Wade Stotts of Orlando, Florida, Will Stotts of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and Melody Stotts of Jonesboro, Arkansas. In addition, he leaves behind many friends that he also loved like family. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2016 at West Park Baptist Church, 500 North 29th Street in Ozark, Arkansas with Brother Matt Whitson officiating and burial at Highland Cemetery under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Hunter Sherrill, Jordan Forbis, Dexter Ladd, Logan Parks, Connor Palarino, Jake Simpson and Crason Cleveland. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday, July 28th at Shaffer Funeral Home, 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark.
