Lillian Carol Halsema, age 70 of Ozark, Arkansas died Tuesday August 16, 2022 in Ozark. She was of the Assembly of God faith, a member of the Old Country Church, Lillian’s Garden Recovery, and a Pastor of House of Prayer. Lillian was born October 28, 1951 in Cave Springs, Arkansas to William D. and Lillian May Agnes McCallister Woods. She is preceded in death by her mother; husbands, Walter Woodward and Clarence D. Cain; one daughter, Janice Carr; one brother, William Sull; and one grandson, Wyatt Stepp. Lillian is survived by her father William Woods of Barling, Arkansas; step mother, Edna Woods of Clarksville, Arkansas; five daughters, Bettie Melson, Reba Cain, Crystal Waits, Krystal Payne all of Ozark, and Carla and husband John Waits of Altus, Arkansas; one son, Walter Woodward Jr. and partner Shantell Bidwell; her beloved fur baby, Toby; two sons in law Anthony Carr and James Jennings both of Ozark; five sisters, Rosie, and Zona Woods of Lamar, Arkansas, Mattie Looper of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Florence Holt of Lamar, and Nancy Holman of Clarksville; three brothers, Gwen Woods of Lamar, Dean and George Woods all of Fort Smith; six step sisters, Jennifer Morgan, Kathy Holman, Linda Dorsett all of Ozark, Sheri Holman of Haggerville, Arkansas, Audrey Tumbleson of Lamar, and Mavis Tumbleson of Clarksville; three step brothers, LG, Jr. and Travis Tumbleson of Coal Hill, Arkansas, and Mavis Tumbleson of Clarksville; nineteen grandchildren, Felisha and husband Mark Oswald, Fantasia and husband Dusten Canady, Janie Stepp, Isaac and Connor Stillwell, Ava and Ares Christy, Abby Johnson, October VanLeuvan, Gabriel Cain, Abel Waits, Zachari and Alyssa Mullen, Mason Payne, Micah and Ethan Price, Olivia and Jordan Bidwell, and Bruce Tohee; and two great grandchildren, Alyssa and Max Oswald. Visitation will be 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Sunday August 21, 2022 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street Ozark. Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday August 22, 2022 at Old Country Church Ozark, with Brother Gerald Morris officiating, with burial at Union Grove Cemetery Highway 352 Clarksville, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
